Stretch & Tone

One of our fun signature classes! Imagine a class that improves your appearance, strength, flexibility, balance and even helps you lose weight.. Now imagine that it’s not only effective, but fun.

Hand weights, stability balls, resistance tubing, BOSU balls and other fun tools result in Cardio, Strength, and Flexibility!

Yoga

A beautiful flowing class of Hatha yoga postures challenge your balance, improve your strength and increase your flexibility. Yoga encourages the mind-body connection and our instruction style offers a non-competitive environment to allow each individual to move at a comfortable pace.

Pilates

Pilates focuses on the wellbeing of the mind and body. Improve your flexibility and strength while encouraging the development of long lean muscles. Benefits from practicing Pilates include: improved posture, balance and core strength. Lung capacity also increases through coordinating the breath and movements.

Aqua Aerobics

Move freely and feel amazing in the delightful, weightless water that makes you feel amazing! This fun, low impact experience helps increase energy, stamina and flexibility.

Our expert instructors create sessions to mix up the moves so you use all of your joints and melt away inches and fat through your entire body!
