Hurricane Punch

Stay cool this summer with this yummy, healthy mocktail created by the staff of the Mayo Clinic.  Refreshing and packed with vitamin C ~ each serving provides more than 80% of your daily recommendation. With the addition of a little umbrella in your cup you’ll feel like your on vacation while lounging in your own backyard!

 
 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple, chopped
  • 2 cups citrus fruit, peeled
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 8 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 cup ice and extra for serving

 

Directions: Place all ingredients except ice in a blender and puree until very smooth.  add ice and puree until smooth.  Serve and enjoy!
