14 Feb Sesame Asparagus
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 pound thin asparagus, trimmed and cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus and stir-fry until it begins to soften, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add sugar and stir-fry another 30 seconds. Remove from heat and serve.
