07 Feb Spicy Roasted Chickpeas
- 1 Can low/no salt chickpeas
- 1-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Seasonings of your liking (Sea Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Rosemary, Thyme, etc)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drain Chickpeas and place in dry medium hot non-stick pan until slightly toasted. Allow to cool. Mix in bowl with olive oil and seasonings. Place on cookie sheet and cook for 45 minutes or until crisp. Immediately pour onto paper towels to cool. Enjoy!
