Talia is a Health Coach whose repertoire includes nutrition, exercise science, and behavioral modification. She has explored various methods of exercise including league sports, dance and yoga, but fell in love with weight lifting in college. Since discovering the sport, she has been motivated to understand the mechanics of compound movements, the body’s need for deep stretching and mobility, as well as nutritional support. She very much enjoys applying her knowledge and passion to her classes!
